We have the responsibility to protect each client and provide them with the best service possible.
Content
We strongly prohibit the use of any our service for any illegal activities.
Blogs Hoster must abide by uk/us State and local laws.
Each client must allso abide by these rules while you continue to use our service.
We reserve the right to remove any account at any time if we feel our terms our not being met by any client.
Any client hosting There website with us may not include promote or involve any of the following.
1. Any copyright, patent, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
2. Child Pornography or adult Pornpgraphy.
3. Hate content.
4. Threatening, racial, or otherwise abusive content.
5. Any and all content inciting, instructing, or promoting illegal activities.
6. Fraud, MLM (Multi-Level Marketing), Pyramid schemes.
7. Hacking/cracking, warez, cracks, spam software or any material that contains a virus.
8. Abuse towards our staff or other clients on our network is not tolerated.
9. Slander about Blogs Hoster over the internet is grounds for account termination.
10. Hosting videos, or mp3s on the server is strictly prohibited.
11. Shout cast or streaming media is prohibited.
12. Spam is not tolarated and your account will get suspended or even canceled by us.
13. Seeding torrents / Bit Torrents are not allowed
14. Proxy websites are not allowed to be installed on any of our servers.
Unmetered Account Holders.
Any client that has one of our unmetered packages the above rules apply.The term unmetered means that we do not place any numberd ammount on your account.
Any client that has an unmetered or unlimited plan must not abuse this.
You may only host files that are needed to host your website and or business.
This means we do not monitor the amount you use, we do monitor what you store on your account.
Use of our servers prohibits the storage of home computer files / mp3,4 / Mass storage of software / movies / your account can host files pertaining to your websites only. Mass storage of any files is not allowed.
Resellers
Resellers must provide tier 1 support to their clients. We will not directly support your clients. You may open a support Ticket and our support staff will be glad to assist if you can not provide the support needed.Payments
You will receive invoices by email each month.You can also find the invoice inside your account at our client area. All payments must be paid promptly, We will suspend any accounts that are 5-10 days over the payment due date. We will terminate any account that are 30 days over the payment due date. If you require a backup of your website your payment for the month due must be paid in full in order To get any suspensions lifted,(this is if your moving hosting and your account with us is suspended) Blogs Hoster reserve the right,not to or to isue any refunds.Refunds will not be given to any clients that break our terms of service.Cancelations
30 days notice must be given fo any account cancelation.We do not isue refunds for the current month.
Support
You can submit a support ticket to our support team at any time.You can submit a ticket by logging into your client area account. We will only provide support for server related problems.If you have chosen our blogs plan and need support with your blog.Please note that when the blog was installed it was in working order and we may refuse your support request,Or charge extra monies for sorting any issues that you have caused.
